well, you do your own. we all do at any point. take the commands and write them. if it´s LTE your talking here´s a sample from Huawei.
for example for each object you create a new worksheet.
example:
ADD EUTRANEXTERNALCELL: Mcc="721", Mnc="01", etc.... then you put columns to the left with the correct parameters so "721" will be &A1 (if cell A1 contains the info)
