Very low rate throughput ??

Dear Experts,

Please see the attached jpeg for the plot of a cluster. The throughput for entire drive test was good. But in a specific area i got
very low rate marked in RED Colour.

Please share your suggestion on how to find out the reason and solution for such low rate By actix or discovery.
I mean which attribute should i check to find out the problem.

Cqi is key factor. Also There may be congestion for the cell

Please check it has same trend with cell average throughput?
i mean if the cell average throughput is normal, probably the problem is from your Drive Test methode.
how many times you tried to drive on that area?
