Default reducing signalling load for TDD LTE

hi we have point to multi-point fixed network(UE are fixed CPE). so we don't need handovers and have no neighbors intra and inter-Rat. can we switch off some SIB and reduce signalling and use those vacant RE for traffic. is this feasible or just a non sense?

any guidance appreciated. i am new to LTE(TDD)

No sence unless the all Mobile users in this area are fixed

We may think towards of UE based to Switch off SIB 3 ... (Handover SIBs)

yeaah all UE are fixed and we don't have any handovers defined. we just use idle mode cell selection-reselection.

from radio perspective we may tune the SIB dedicated period to minimum period Rf8 and then there will be more periods and then it can be used for traffic

    Hi,

what is setting of inactivity timer? maybe it is short like 10s. That triggers many RRC conn releases and setups.

that did not work.. as CPE keep connect to BS all the time.

    I can understand .
it s really worth to trace IMSI and analyse it and trying to get the appropriate timers that it may affect efficiently tune it .
It s very interesting case and it can open new road
