How to reset BMPT card to factory default on DBS3900?

I hope my message finds you all Ok,

I need to reset a BMPT card on DBS3900 to default configurations, but when pressing "RST" button, it just restart and keep all previous settings and configurations,

Is there any procedure to follow to reset it to default configurations?
