Hi All...
Few years ago at my previous job we started a small task to define a Single KPI to define if a Site is performing in a healthy way. This actually was complicated in a way that it included extra in addition to Radio KPIs like TX, # of customer complaints in the area covered by the Site, etc., and it was only for 2G&3G. I'm planning o do the same for Sites with 2G&3G&LTE FDD&LTE TDD and KPIs included should be only those are customer-perceived.
Any Suggestions/Ideas? Especially on how you thing the KPIs weighting should be done?
