Hi every body

I was wonder What are de advantages perform a signaling analysis of?
Could Layer 3 analysis help me to determine if a CS/PS blocked or dropped has not been caused by a RF issue??
When is useful perfom a Layer 2 or Layer 1 Analysis??

Now I am performing analysis by checking log files (just checking KPIs and seeking for statical troubles ) but
I am very interested to learn layer 3 analysis. I have research de PS and CS flows but I dont know how to apply those to find a RF issue in a log file.

I hope somebody can help me with this questions...
