3G SQI of TEMS

Dear Friends,

There is a voice quality issue when the user in 3G but only two cells are in active set. When the RSCP power difference is less SQI is getting low. Any one experienced such a thing.SQI.jpg

It was a customer complaint we found this. need to check few locations since this is the first time I saw such a thing...
