I notice that this PC ID is not fixed. I mean the ID change everytime I reopen the PC ID.exe
I don't know if it's correct or not?

Run file install.cmd (admin). If no ok, you get ID PC by tool get ID of tems 15.2.2 , it Ok no problem, send for me again.

I following your guide step by step but it says the license check fail.

Hi Manu4ever, PC sure in Test mode? and when run file install.cmd, You run by cmd of windows .

Yes hoangnamhn, my PC was in Test Mode already.
My PC can't install driver

In readme.txt it says:
Install in this order:
1. DongleDrivers\haspdinst.exe (_installdriver.bat)
2. Install emulator with corresponding batch file (_install.cmd).
3. Thats all - you can use software.
But I don't have the the file in step 1
