Extended Cyclic Prefix in LTE

Hello!

When investigating some 800 MHz LTE cell, a possibility of mulipath causing ISI come to my mind.
It is bareliy mentioned in the SW description.

few questions:
1, is extended CP (15 kHz tone) supported by any vendor?
2. is anyone using it? Trialed it? Does it work?
3., how about terminal support? It should work, but ...
4. how about handovers from extended CP cell to normal CP cell and back?
