in our network we have activated the feature HSUPA Time Division Scheduling, here are the parameters we out in the network:

chip offset 2ms UE number	HSUPATDALIGNUENUM	8
Hsupa Time Division Scheduling Switch	HSUPATDSCHSW	ON
Performance Switch	PerfEnhanceSwitch	OFF

Dynamic CE Resource Management: activated
Dynamic Channel Configuration Control (DCCC) activated

• WRFD-01061403 HSUPA 2ms TTI activated
• WRFD-010636 SRB over HSUPA activated

but ,

the counter VS.HSUPA.TDMSch.ActRatio is always 0
the counter VS.HSUPA.TDMUserNum.Mean is empty without value


the two counters are activated .
