Huawei FAQ-How to set the neighboring cell measurement

There are two kinds of counters which can measure the times between two neighbor cells.One is soft handover measurement and another one is hard handover measurement.Both of them are used to assess neighboring cell priority rationality, provide evidence for deleting redundant neighboring cell, which is generally used for network optimization. The customer want to evaluate neighbors cell of their network. when they active the related counter and query the result,there is nothing to satisfied the request.
