IRAT HO Problem 3G to 1800 directly

Hi Experts

We are having degraded quality due to interference in an area of our network on only 900 band, and we have concentric cells, is there any way to directly send incoming IRAT ho directly to 1800 band ? is there any parameter in Huawei for it.

Not aware of huweai..u can try non concentric cell where 1800 Band will be loaded first than it will be shifted to 900 band.

Try put offset in neighbor cells so your 1800Mhz will have priorities and the measurements will choose them first.

but it will first HO to the 900 only and then shifted to the 1800 , how to send it directly to 1800.
