sorry, guys. the tool is not shared any more, and I have deleted the link. as I got many threats from either safenet or resellers. I have no choice but stop to share.
so please don''t pm me for this tool. the 8.6 decoding/recoding methods have been discussed in exetools. if you spend a little bit time, you can make your own tools.
