    Hi,

it is difficult to understand what the documentation tries to say. Is it applicable to SRB over HSUPA or SRB over DCH? The best would be, if you could share the documentation.

it is due to inner loop power control, when it receive a TPC to increase the transmit power it first increase DPCCH and then use the power offsets to adjust DPDCH power accordingly.
