TEMS Pocket is a basic mobile network diagnostics tool built into an E******* T610 or T616 GSM/GPRS mobile station. TEMS Pocket is suitable for day-to-day verification, maintenance and troubleshooting of mobile networks but is also handy for many cell planning tasks.
