TDMA Configuration - 2G

Hi all,

In our 2G Nortel network, pDTCH are configured only on BCCH TDMA and the rest of TDMA carry TCH only. Is it possible to configure pDTCH on hopping TDMA's. For Example, in a 2G Site with 4-4-4 DRX configuration with Single E1, 4 pDTCH are configured on only first TDMA of each sector with BCCH and the rest of TDMA's are configured with TCH only. What are the advantages and disadvantages of configuring pDTCH on hopping TDMA. Major problem facing in our network only 1 time slot gets assigned everytime even 4 slots are configured as stated above and not even increases to 2, and the reason stated by OMC are not enough E1's for Agprs (BSC to PCU E1's) which is quite not agreeable. And what are the messages in drive test that can be decoded for PCUsn configurations. If possible post your TDMA configurations please.
