RRC & RAB Error 20000 a day "IUB_INTERFACE_REQUESTED_CONFIGURATION_NOT_SUPPORTED"

In my R14 Huawei Network I have almost 11000 RRC Rejection cause is : "RR_ERR_IUB_INTERFACE_REQUESTED_CONFIGURATION_NOT_SUPPORTED".

for RRC only 3 sites (9cells) having this issue but for RAB almost 30 of the cells having this error
Anyone please knows the error cause???

xcheck ur HSUPA user number at ucellcac and erghich at ucellhsupa
if not match between (erghich *2)>=(userhsupa/20)

Hi,

Encountered similar prob. Site was configured at 100 Mbps but when we checked IUB it was only at 2.5 Mbps max.
Raised the prob to transmission team as there was a possible configuration problem.

best guess is that you have congestion on your Iub link
check Ipbased Routes parameters
Check the affected CAC to the cell
Check your baseband utilization ratio
if congested request more capacity of Iub , have RNC ingenner help you they have more counters
