    Dear Friends,

Please help me in this matter. What I want to know if there is a method to get the 4th strongest neighbor in GSM using TEMS discovery. Also it should be able to show in a map geographically.

    Thanks hoanan,

This by using spider graph right? But here there are all the serving cells. Is there any method to get the each neighbor's coverage alone? . I mean the rx levels of best NR , rx level of second best NR, like that?
