No suitable cells in tracking area ????

I face that kind of problem in LTE Network "No suitable cells in tracking area" do you know how can i solve this problem . do you have any opinion .

It should be TAC not yet define in core network.

Thanks for answer. But we solved problem . Problem is Sim defination. they redefined our sim to hss after its work.
