    Default Sudden High HSDPA drop

    Dear Expert,
At our network (Nokia RU40), there's few cells (not in 1 BTS/site) in random area with very poor HSDPA and HSUPA drop. most of drops are due to other failure.
can anyone help me to resolve this situation? because its happen in sudden. RTWP in normal value, No alarm and ADJx already defined properly.
Our network 3G still 1 carrier. I already tried to Re-COMM and Reset the site, still no improvement

    Thanks

    Dear Plannerguy,

    1) No issue in PRACH distribution. serving properly no overshoot
    2) Iub seems normal.

other KPI CSSR, SHO SR etc normal, just HSDPA & HSUPA drop suddenly increase and could reach 20%

    Thanks

Only some cells have problem with HSPA high drop and other Kpi is still good I don't think you have any problems with coverage and parameter of cell. It may cause by hardware or capacity issue
