Microsoft installed me Windows 10 on a computer that had Windows 7 32 -bit .
Windows 10 does not recognize the emu multikey .
In particular, Windows 10 does not recognize devcon.exe as valid command .
Has someone an idea to solve the problem ?

I've already done but the problem that when I perform install.cmd , as administrator , devcon.exe is not recognized as a valid command .
