    Is there any counter in Nokia networks wherein we can observe the frequency of upgrade or downgrade of codecs during calls?

    You can see the upgrades/downgrades during handovers with below counters.

    succ_amr_codec_set_downgr
    succ_amr_codec_set_upgr

    unsucc_amr_codec_set_downgr
    unsucc_amr_codec_set_upgr
