    Default Infovista issue

    Dears;

    I was using Infovista Xeus pro 5 with office 32 bits, recently I've installed office 2013 64, I got an error message from Xeus pro as shown in the attached picutre, and it stopped working with me, please if anyone faced and fixed this issue to share his experience. I will be very grateful.

    Dear reianjim;

    thanks for your answer, I've already lookde for microsoft access database engine 2013 redistributable 64 to install it, I'v only found 2010 version, although I installed it, the issue is still not solved, if you have the link where i can download the 2013 version, please share it with me.

    hi @Ghost78 ; you need to:
    * install first office 2013 64 bits, full install include outlook.
    * Then install office 2010 32 bits, but only ACCESS and EXCEL 2010.
    * Also you have to use Mapinfo 12.5 "32 bits" if you want to see the bing maps.

    for OFFICE 2010 try here the original iso downloads, but you can find in internet already activated.

    Please, Can you share your INSTALL files for XEUS PRO 5

    Thanks

    Dear william.dg08;

    Thanks for your answer, I tried this solution too, but I was not able install 32 version together with 64, but finally I fixed the issue, I found in one forum someone advises to install microsoft office access database engine 2007 instead of 2010; I tried it and it's working fine now, I don't how but thanks to God.

    Thanks you a lot for your support.

    Best Regards.

    I dont know whether you have original license or not. But after installing the license (ckd) with patch you should change the date to previous year everytime you open the application. It started happening after 15th of August. I dont know why

    The reason is that all the installer posted on the forum are demo then they expire .
    We need a full installer .
