For 64-bit systems you should disable driver signature enforcement, enable test mode and run devcon as administrator. Follow these steps & post the result

(i) Open control panel and set User account settings to low.
(ii) Open a command prompt as an admin and type

bcdedit -set loadoptions DISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS

bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING ON

If it doesn't work for whatever reason you can just remove loadoptions with bcedit and switch testsigning off.

bcdedit /deletevalue loadoptions

bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING OFF

(iii) Restart your PC & press F8 or F2 to see startup menu where you should select Disable signature Enforcement

(iv) Now try to install emul. It will work Fine.

Hello

I tired your 64 bit procedure , driver installs not an issue there.

But the HSAP process error occurs and it does not let TI start.

I will send the snapshot in 12 hrs
