Degraded External Neighbor relations - Huawei

Hi Experts

I have found case that with Huawei External BSC neighbor relations are found to be degraded as compared to internal BSC neighbor relations is there some solution to it ? or is this a huawei specific issue ? as i have not found such issue with ZTE equipment.

Can you explain further?What type of degradation?call quality or handover failure?

Mostly you need to update RF parameters like BCCH, BSIC in external tables As in Huawei not automatically updated, also by experience HO margin and hysteresis should be tuned in both way at external borders.
