    Unhappy PS RRC degraded after enabling T323

    T323 EFD timer which was invalid was set to D0 in huawei Network. Now UE in CELL PCH states increase, signalling in SGSN have decrease but my PS RRC have decreased.

    Please need your help how can I improve RRC in our network. It is degrading day by day, major reason RL failure and UE No reply. Huawei R015 Version..

    Need some parametric recommendation. Thanks in advance.
