pmRedirectAttemptsEutra changed after W14B

Hello,

Some of you had the same problem below when your network chagend from W13A ou W13B to W14B? Do you had the same issue? Know about that? Checked that?

Problem: When changed RNC SW version from W13A to W14B the counter pmRedirectAttemptsEutra is decreased a lot, almost 50%.
