Have u tried installing with Driver signature enforcement off in advance restore options and antivirus off and i think dseo wont work with windows 8.1 64-bit. Even if u install these unsigned drivers you have to restart everytime with driver enforcement off . Permanent disable of driver signature works on 32-bit and not on 64-bit.
