Alarm TS SYNC FAULT on E

Hi team

please your help regarding my request:

i have a site with 900 and 1800, 2 E1, (pooling) 8 DCP from the second E1 are pooled with the first E1(for 64K).
i have also 10 TRXs in both bands (4+4+2), 11 SDCCH, Flexible E1(TDM).

And i have the alarm TS SYNC FAULT on the site, on the second E1 that handle the 1800 (only CS and no PS).

I tried those actions: Reset TG (both), Reset E1(both) but the alarm still persist.

The alarms are on the cell C on the TWO TRX, when i block the TRXs the alarm disapear.

how can i do to fix this alarm.

i did a BER reset, still persist, for the clock how can i check and what's the benefect.
