RAN Dim v10.2 MED - Urgently Needed

Aparently I found the MED for RAN DIM v9.1, however I found that this version of 'RAN Dim v9.1 - License.xml & .dll'
fails to authenticate with 'RAN Dim v10.2' posted below. ... NSN - RAN DIMTOOL 10.2 MED Needed or NSN - RAN DIMTOOL 9.1 Install

Therefore, would it be at all possible to obtain an external link to the file contents of http://www.finetopix.com/showthread....-DIM-TOOL-v9-1,
as most members stand, under privilaged in their access to this domain. Hopfully, it should bare the correct packages for full functionality.
