How to use Propagation Delay analysis in MCOM or NExplorer ?

Hi Guys,

Do you have any userguide for MCOM 15.1 or NExplorer 15.1 that shows how to use the Propagation Delay analysis ?
I've loaded MCOM site, carrier and neighbor data but the Buttom "Show Propagation Delay" is greyed out.
How can you load the data?
