go to forum, chose which group you want to post and share your doc, there are many groups, if it is for instance a specific vendor documentation, chose the correct group related to this vendor, and click on "post new thread", give a title to your post, write a description and put an attachment if you want, that's it, if your post is interesting and new, not posted before you will receive shortly many reputations.

Unfortunately, there is no way, it seems you are lazy, you will spend 2 mn max to make one sharing. you will loose nothing if you take 2mn from your time, if all peaple are thinking like you, this forum shouldn't exist at all, when every body shares some intersting thing, this formu expands day after day. otherwise, if there is a possibility to download without being an active element, no one will take the pain to share anymore, and every one will ask to get information without sharing it. the aim of this formu is based on this, every one will contribute to its success, and because of that it is the best one according to many people in telecom.
