license of mentum Ellipse_8.3_Build277 needed

hello people,
can any body help me to get the license of mentum Ellipse_8.3_Build277
am looking hardly to find the software license

i will give him thanks & reputation for every post he make


PLease assist!!

[vimcma]

1. download Ellipse_8.3_Build277 and unpack it to some folder.
2. Download attached file setup.zip and also unpack it to the same folder.
3. Start installation of Ellipse
4. During installation enter any 15 digits in the field with license code or whatever (don't remember)
5. Search on the forum other topics with lservrc_03Dec2012.txt file and download it.
6. DISCONNECT COMPUTER from the INTERNET
7. Start Ellipse
8. when it will tell that unable to connect server click OK
9. Chose license mode ENTERPRICE
10. It will propose you to enter manually all data (name address e t c stuff)
11. after it will try to connect again click OK
12. there will be need to open file lservrc_03Dec2012.txt and copy all dat from it and past in the field with license code.
........ Here I've stopped experimenting up to now..... IF SOMEBODY KNOW WHAT THE NEXT STEP PLEASE ADD THE INFO !!!!

i followed all steps and when it opened it gives me error message "No license available. Application will close"

do you have any idea how to proceed ?
