You must apply for a work Visa for the country of your choice.
Every country has government website for the VISA with all the information and the details on how to apply.
Alternatively, you can use an agent, and pay them and they will put the application together for you.
You would almost definitely not be granted a visa from the employer for the EU, US, AUS or CAN.

Depends on your current status, your origin country and your destination country.
Plus, where your agent is based of course and the currency you operate in.
Google it friend.

Re: oversears visa issues
For UAE, your employer will apply for temporary eVisa (Employment Visa), they will be your sponsor. But once you arrives you will still need to apply for Emirates Residence ID but you need to be clear on their Medical Exam first.
Cheers,

Re: oversears visa issues
For Taiwan , You need to apply first visitor visa (Category -Employment ) along with letter from CLA (Council of Labor affairs ) about your contract or employment. Initially they give you 60 days Visitor visa and after entry you have to apply for resident Visa/ ARC ( Alien resident card) . Its take 15 days to get ARC and it will be treated as Visa card for multiple entry in country. I think it is very easy process to get working Visa/ARC for Taiwan.
