    Question career path

    guys, What is more exciting and challenging as a career path transmission or umts/lte RNO/RNP ?

    For all job ,transmission,OMC ,RFP or RFP

    i think RFO is more challenging ,all new technology never stop
    you have to read more and more doc and news

    also good salary if you become expert

    RNO/RNP. And usually it pays more.

    However, if you're in it for the money, I'd suggest to stay out of telecoms field. Looks like the party's over...
