CSFB Degradation L14B Upgrade

Hi Experts,

Does anyone have noticed degradation in their NW in CSFB success rate after L14B upgrade. We have been investigating and all primary checks i.e. MME timer, LAC/TAC mapping are found consistent. We suspect there are some default changes with SW upgrade.

Apart from it, I would really appreciate if you can share any trial report helping in improvement of CSFB performance.

Did you guys implement new features for CSFB enhancement along with L14B upgrade such as Measurement-Based CSFB Target Selection and PSHO-Based CS Fallback to UTRAN?
