DCH for both CS and PS ? can we avtivate it separatly ?

It also depends on the priority of each carrier. You can find it in command SET USPG. In case both carriers have the same priority for voice, voice DRD is deactive. It will only occur in case the voice cannot properly set in the initial requested carrier.
