Function Busy

Hello,

I sending several MML commands on E******* BSC and received "Function Busy",
1. How can I avoid it and send large amount of MML commands to E******* BSC ?
2. How can I know which TRXC / TG allocate to controller in the BSC ?
( maybe it will help to send large amount of MML commands on different shelfs/Devices )
