HSUPA BE SHO THD RATE - HW

Hi experts,

I need to know the effect of HSUPABESHOTHD RATE (HsupaBeShoRateThd) parameter on the RTWP.

Also it is an optimal value, recommended value by HW is D11480.

My actual network, HSUPA user profile is 2048.
