Hi RNOP / Any NEPA experts,

I am having an issue when registering. I have applied the PW provided, then returning with a message says "Password Correct. Please Restart". However, the restart button in file drop down is disabled (Similarly all the functions were disabled in file menu). Wherein I fail to restart the app. When I close the app and re-open it, it doesn't show that I have been a registered user, asking for the Password again. Although at the first instance, when I apply the PW, it shows that I am a registered till next year. but closing and re-opening causing to apply the PW again and again with the functions being disabled.

How to fix this issue in registering (Snapshots attached)?

Only delete NePA.exe.config file and re-active
