E******* Abis Optimizer VS Huawei Memomtec

We have roll out as E******* is being swapped by Huawei equipment. We have major VSAT sites where E******* Optimizer feature was enabled. But after swap we could not go to extented configuration due to Tranmission limitation so we are going for Memotec installation. Is there same feature in Huawei same as E******* Optimizer. We have Huawei BSC V900R015ENGC00SPH536
