    Default LTE trace in U2000

    Hi,
Could you please help with some suggestions how to set up "User performance monitoring" trace in U2000.
    For example "DL RSRP/RSRQ monitoring".

The thing is I am lost at the point of obtaining MMEc and mTMSI or Random Value needed as input for the trace.
    Thanks!

Since IMSI is not visible ....they demand the MMEC & M-TMSI for eNB level tracing.

    what we did here.
with a certain command you get from MME the GUTI number for your MSISDN (telefone number)
then you have to obtain P-TMSI from this GUTI (check definition of guti for example on blog 3g4g from uk)
then with this number you open "signalling management" on M2000 and perform the trace .

You can get it from "Attach accept message" or ALLUEBASICINFO on U2000.

    Hello,
TRACEID in u2000 LTE Trace window is used if you want to do specific tracing. For example to trace throughput value for related TRACEID and the value is unique

    no need for traceID...
go to user performance -> DL RSRP/RSRQ performance then with your MMEc and TMSI you can see your cell and neighbor cells levels.
    MME commands

    DSP MSISDN DSP MMCTX

    sample
    GUTI m TMSI MMEc
    72405FDEA0BCA0A6B32 3389680434 11

    m TMSI = hex2dec(guti,8)
