    Default Scheduled vs Serving Throughput

    Dears,

I'm a little bit confused about scheduling throughput in Tems discovery
as i understand Scheduling thr=Serving Through/HS-SCCH Decoding Success Rate but this equation is invalid in tems Discovery

    Thanks

I cannot comment on the formula above, but in my understanding and experience there was quite a bit of difference in the values of served and scheduled throughput.

Scheduled throughput is what scheduler estimates based on available/required code, power, TBS resources and also takes in to consideration MCS, radio condition.

Served throughput is what user receives from the cell, based on available Iub bandwidth and transmission sanity (considering transmission issues). As most of the transmission is IP based, the BW is pooled between cascaded sites and so, the actual BW that is available may differ than what Scheduler estimated and so, there is bound to be gap between the values of served and scheduled throughput.
