Is soft license is enough lservrc. masters has to help .

A solution to get ride off PID.
It worked on my machine and I don't know about your , just give it a try:

0) after installling the program from the following folder merge 2 .reg files in the registry:

C:\Program Files (x86)\InfoVista\Xeus Pro 5
Register Xeus.reg
Register TAM.reg

1) for PID put just 00000000000000000
2) it gives you an exception message first and then after pressing ok the SW tells you that PIS is not Valid
3) you were directed to registration form
4) Disconnect from internet and fill up the form as you wish
5) as the tool can not reach the lic server, it gives you some options and you can use "Manually implement the license"


Then bingo , it works

you need to have sample lic file and re-generate it based on you machine's lock code and then done

Thanks for your prompt reply. My second question, when implementing step '5). How does one obtain this sample 'LIC'. I noticed during install after step 5)

that a 'lservrc' including 'Settings.xml' were installed in C:\ProgramData\Xeus 5.0\. Question is should i use these files to re-generate 'lservrc' based on my

machine's lock code.

search on the forum, wlscgen is a tool which with you can generate the lic... or some genius guys also shared their own tool to re-generate the lic
