Yes of course. It is only small changes for a future versions and anyway patch of ECC.
Some targets are compiled with trusted storage TS function, FNP activation...
That is real challenge for RE folk.

Can you please give example of daemon in which patching pubkey verify function is not sufficient to use any value for SIGN1 and SIGN2
