1. How to export CHR and PCHR file ?
2. What is the difference between those files ?
3. How those files could help in investigation ?
4. Which tools to use to exploit those files ?

Hello fahmi,

1-) log in your RNC/BSC and you can find them under( /bam/common/fam/famlogfmt ) for CHR and you have a folder named PCHR for the second.
2-) CHR = call history records(measures all the calls), PCHR = performance call history records (measures the failures, till RAN14 where you can change a switch for PCHR to measure both, call and failures).
3-) PCHR is used for investigation
4-) FMA is your choice and you can find it for free on this forum. UMTS FMA 3.8.1 or the 3.8.2 version.

This was for Huawei.

Yes you can
