LTE ANR -HANDOVER PROBLEM

Dears,

I have a some problem E-Nobe, When we start the drive test we cant do any handover/intra/inter but when i do warm restart the E-Node, handover start work. How can i check handover attemps/block/drop/request , could you share pmx counter

why you need snapshot ? and what do you need excaly could you give me more details.

check the ANR feature enabled ?

What was the setup used during drive test? was the UE doing FTP download continuously?
Was the neighbor already being setup previously (either by ANR or manually)?

ANR enabled.

MS1 Dedicated mode ( Download Data)

But Idle mode also same problem...

If you run FTP DL continuously then i suggest you to use another UE that does ping only. Continuous FTP DL makes the UE very busy and wont have the time to go into DRX and create measurement gaps to measure the neighbor cell E-CGI.
