Any guys here experiencing problem with thematic creation for MapInfo x64? Upon saving a created theme, message appears below. All restriction on the folders was already Allowed for access but still cannot save the theme. I also try to installed to another laptop same thing appears. Any experts solved the problem anyway? Thanks

only way maybe is to create a thematic legend on lower versions and copy it to the template directory but still cannot modify the theme and save it.

Why don't you launch the mapinfo with admin privilege and see if it works.
