Hi, all I am running WIN 7 x64. and the emulator is running fine.
but the emulator is locked with the ID : E626802EBCD1BFE942A487CDF48858E14280
so TEMS is getting an error License check failed.

It works fine for me. I have it running on a Windows Server 2008 machine without issue. try unpacking the archive again.

I meant to delete the PC ID file because I am sure many of you already have a similar program and it was causing me issues. I will re-upload the archive without that file tonight and post a new link.
