In e*******, DISPH (counter of disconnection due to preemption) is included in TNDROP (drop counter) or not?
anybody know?

No, its not included as shown in below formula:

TCHDR % = 100*(<TFNDROP>+<THNDROP>)/(<THNDROP>+<TFNDROP>+<DISNORM>)

in which case / KPI we should consider the pre-emption counter ?

In call drop rate, since eMLPP feature active, MS with higher priority can preempt MS with lower priority in congestion cell, then MS with lower priority will be forced HO to neighbor cell or disconnected.
I still not sure disconnection due to preemption will be count as TNDROP or not.
